Pomone desserts adventure started with the tarte tatin.

The first traditional pastry workshop was built in 1992, in the middle of the orchards in Champigné.

The aim was to combine incomparable apple taste with one of our client’s know-how – a Parisian Maître Pâtissier. The original idea of harvesting fruits, processing them into tatin batter, then deep-freezing the tarts on site quickly became the logical answer to preserve fruit freshness and reduce our ecological footprint to the minimum by limiting transport.
Today, Pomone tarte tatin is a staple « Made in France » dessert. Available “a la carte” in most brasseries, the tarte tatin made its way to the finest dining restaurants and will enhance cocktails parties as single portion delight. A timeless gourmet pleasure that we love to rediscover with emotion.
