In order to grant the highest artisanal quality, Pomone owns the entire industry. The fruits are carefully selected, the closest to their place of origin and with producers of the same environmentally friendly philosophy.

They are then placed on a dough also made in our facilities, in the middle of our orchards in Loire-Valley. Baking and freezing processes are done on the same site to keep freshness during tasting. It enables Pomone to adapt to the retailer’s standards and specific food service demands. Puff pastry dough, sweet dough, whole or precut tart, with fruits or chocolate, single portion or to share: our team are at your service to match your requirements in terms of cost, size and cutting.
