The ingredient list must be understandable to everyone. It’s a matter of trust! Therefore, we prefer working with raw materials and ingredients rather than using ready-to-use mixes.
Our R&D team constantly strives to identify new trends in formats, tastes and consumption. Matcha green tea fondant, full-fruit blueberry tart and coconut cake with chocolate sauce are successful recipes coming out of our R&D lab. Pomone closely works with restaurants to keep on improving frozen products – always tastier, faster to serve and with the highest constancy.
